Essential Abilities, Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as required): Run and maintain various construction equipment, including but not limited to: pumps, compressors, generators, and various other construction equipment. Load and unload trucks. Deliver materials to the site storage area or other designated area. General knowledge of construction means, methods, materials and equipment as necessary to assist carpenters, foreman and managers. Ability to keep building and/or assigned areas of jobsite clean and organized as necessary to maintain safe and productive work. Ability to erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

Employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed to perform job tasks.
Employee is regularly exposed to vibration. Employee is frequently exposed to moving machinery, mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and must be able to properly use, handle and dispose of hazardous materials per MSDS regulations and company procedures.
Employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places, and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is sometimes very loud.
