Document Control Clerk

B.L. Harbert International is looking for a Document Control Clerk to work with the International Group in our Birmingham, Alabama office. The Document Control Clerk will be responsible for sorting and sending mail to various locations.


  • Sort Mail, make sure mail gets out, and keep up with the postage machine
  • Send mail pouches to various locations
  • Create and send UPS, FedEx and DHL labels for packages
  • Track all package shipments
  • Order supplies
  • Create RFP binders and keep up with amendments
  • Q&A for bid proposals
  • Cover front desk as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
