Historical renovation of two existing
buildings (old Heritage Building of seven stories and old Golbro
Building of four stories) and one parking garage. The renovation
included complete interior demolition of the existing office
space and replacing with 57 loft apartments and approximately
22,000 sf of commercial space. The existing parking garage
was also updated for future tenants.
