Lakeshore Commons is a
multi-use business park which includes offices,
light industrial and
warehouse/distribution. The 70-acre site was developed from
raw land—and will ultimately include fourteen separate
one- and two-story buildings. The total square footage of
the planned buildings is over 610,000 SF.
The site package included installation of roads, potable water,
storm drainage, sanitary sewer and electrical distribution.
The roadways have been designed to accommodate heavy truck
traffic.
Building One is a single story, 57,000 SF office / light
industrial facility.
Employee and visitor parking is provided in front of Building
One—with truck access provided at the back. The structural
steel frame and brick façade provide a cost effective,
yet attractive appearance.
Building Two is a single story, 40,000 SF office (with maintenance
facilities) for a regional cable company.
Building L is a 60,000 SF, tilt-up office / warehouse shell
facility.
