The Marbella Club Condominium project includes construction of two five-level buildings with basements. The luxury ocean front condominiums total 60,000 square feet per building.

Each building includes 29 units, averaging 1,850 square feet each. Buildings are concrete framed with post-tensioned slabs designed around 5,000 psi concrete. Interior finishes are of superior quality and include Italian marble floor tiles and solid mahogany exterior wood doors.

The mechanical system was designed to reduce the amount of condensation present in a high humid climate.

Each unit includes a roof-mounted condenser with fan coils located in each apartment. Ductwork was essentially eliminated and replaced with insulated refrigerant piping.

The project also includes site utilities, parking and landscaping.
