The Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall Hotel
in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is a 200-acre resort on the white-sand
shores of Rose Hall Jamaica, just 15 minutes from the Montego
Bay airport. The 425,000 square foot resort hotel has 388 deluxe
rooms and 42 suites. Four five-story buildings complement the
two-story main house.
Additional amenities include a ballroom meetings pavilion,
club lounge, spa, tennis courts, restaurants and a retrial
center. Guests enjoy private balconies and panoramic Caribbean
Sea or mountain views along with luxurious interior design.
All suites and rooms have elegant finishes reminiscent of the
old Caribbean.
The resort has an independent power plant and sewage treatment
facility.
Bill Harbert International Construction, Inc. (BHIC) was the
contractor of record for
the project. In January 2000 all employees
of BHIC became employees of B.L. Harbert International (BLHI).
The management and supervisory teams now employed by BLHI constructed
the project.
