The Santa Rosa Towers is a sixteen-story,
63-unit beachfront condominium. The complex contains covered
parking, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
The 160,384 square foot tower complex is built on a post-tensioned
concrete frame structure. The foundation is driven concrete
piles.
