Three Springs Corporate Headquarters is a 32,000
square foot three-story office complex primarily used as the
corporate headquarters for Three Springs, Inc.
The lower level of this complex was left incomplete for future
tenant improvements. Its structure consists of structural steel
members on a cast-in-place slab-on-grade. Traditional, monolithic
brick with EIFS and aluminum windows and curtain walls comprise
its envelope.
The roofing system consists of a single-ply membrane, with
an architectural mansard roof made of manufactured roof panels
on pre-engineered light gauge steel trusses. Interior finishes
range from granite flooring to maple architectural woodwork.
