The five-story, 150,000-square-foot office building includes a solar panel photovoltaic system, water and energy efficient fixtures as well as other sustainable structures. The office building fosters a collaborative environment consisting of open office design, an atrium, conference rooms and work spaces.

The Class A Office Building is primarily utilized by engineers and technologists in Marshall Space Flight Center’s Space Launch System (SLS) Program Office. SLS supports development and construction of the new mission in human space flight.
