B.L. Harbert International is looking for a Project Manager for various locations overseas. The Project Manager is the top of the in-country management structure and will hold the responsibility of all aspects of the construction project as well as the local business operations.

Requirements

• US citizen. Willing to travel abroad on assignments in the vicinity of site for 2-4 years • Possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance through the US Government • 10+ years’ experience in the management of construction projects • Undergraduate Degree in an Engineering related discipline or Construction Management discipline

• Experience in highly technical Department of Defense or Department of State projects
• Experience leading a successful DOD, COE, NAVFAC, or DOS project overseas
