The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has awarded a contract to BL Harbert International, LLC to provide design-build services for the new U.S. Embassy Campus in Niamey, Niger.
Located on the existing 10-acre Embassy compound in the Yantala neighborhood, the multi-building campus will include an office building, a U.S. Marine Security Guard Residence, community facilities, and associated support facilities.

The design architect is Miller Hill Partnership, LLP of Seattle, Washington. Page of Washington, D.C. is the architect of record.
Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2016 and is scheduled for completion in mid 2019.
