Aquinas College Siena Hall

A new four-story, 42,000-square-foot women’s residence hall that includes the following amenities: 94 beds with bathroom, guest/student lounge, laundry, outdoor patios and a sun roof.

On Thursday, August 28, 2015, an official groundbreaking ceremony kicked off construction of a new women’s residence hall on the Aquinas College Campus in Nashville, TN.  The last time the College broke ground on new construction was with the Aquinas Center gymnasium in 1976, which now serves as the library.

The residence hall is the first full-service residence hall for the students to be located on the 93-acre campus.  Construction is slated to be complete in the Fall of 2016.
