The 850,000-square-foot development includes 350 residential units, a shell space which will house Publix, dining and retail spaces, fitness centers, a pool and recreational amenities. The project includes an enclosed 870-space concrete parking deck.
The WestEdge project will be a competitive advantage for the Medical University of South Carolina in recruiting leaders in health care. The development includes a grocery store on the ground floor and dining with outdoor seating. The upper floors house 350 residential units.
