BL Harbert International Celebrates Construction Milestone at Dynetics Test Stand Facility
Dynetics, Inc. is celebrating its Alabama aerospace expansion by topping out with the contractor, BL Harbert International, on Friday, February 16 at noon. Team members from both companies will join the workers for an on-site lunch at the facility in Decatur. Leadership from BL Harbert International and Dynetics are scheduled to speak during the event.

The Test Stand is located within the Dynetics Aerospace Structures Complex in Decatur, AL. The facility will be used to build NASA’s SLS Universal Stage Adapter and perform structural testing for the Department of Defense, NASA and commercial clients.
This testing complex will be an addition to Dynetics facilities that support the development of launch systems in the Huntsville area, including NASA’s Space Launch System.

This test stand will help our customers who are preparing for short missions to low earth orbit or longer missions for exploring deep space.”
Designed by BRPH of Huntsville, the project broke ground in August 2017 and is scheduled to be completed this summer.
