Community
For the past 20 years, BL Harbert International has made giving back to the local communities in which we work one of its top priorities. A principle that stems from a sense of gratitude, kindness, and generosity that Bill Harbert, our CEO’s Billy’s father, instilled in him as a child. And so, as a company, we’ve long held the belief that our most rewarding work is often done beyond the gates of our job sites — in the communities in which we work.
Wherever Our Projects Take Us
We treat each new location as our home away from home, and thus we are always looking for opportunities to give back. As part of BL Harbert’s community outreach program, Harbert Hope, each jobsite team is challenged with finding a creative way to give back to their particular community. We find that not only is this culture of service rewarding but that it also brings our employee family together making us stronger, happier, and altogether a responsible community partner.

International Efforts
Many of our international jobsites are located in underdeveloped countries, where many of the things we take for granted are not available.
Our team members spend their personal time building kitchens, playgrounds and fostering lasting relationships in these remote communities.
