Birmingham, Ala. — BL Harbert International was recently awarded the contract to construct the new AuburnBank corporate headquarters building in downtown Auburn, AL.
Situated on the corner of East Magnolia Avenue and North Gay Street, the AuburnBank project features a four-story, 91,000-square-foot office building as well as a 526-space parking deck. AuburnBank will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet in the new building (which will consolidate its corporate headquarters offices, operations center and downtown bank) and the balance of the building will be available for lease on a multi-tenant basis.
Atlanta-based development firm Taylor & Mathis has been engaged by AuburnBank as development manager for the project.

Construction of the AuburnBank project mobilized August 2020 and is slated for completion in December 2021.
