
U.S. Embassy Compound
Niamey, NigerDesign-build of a new multi-building campus, situated on the existing 11-acre Embassy compound in the Yantala neighborhood of Niamey.
The new campus design respects and incorporates elements of the Nigerien landscape and historic architecture, where simple materials help to mitigate Niger’s sub-tropical climate.
The project is certified Platinum by U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program. This certification marked the first Platinum project in western Africa.
